About this product

Hydro Fizz is a high strength electrolyte drink designed to replenish lost electrolytes such as sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium when sweating during exercise.

Not only are our Hydro Fizz tablets perfect for use during exercise, but at only 7 calories per tablet they can also be used freely around exercise sessions to restore and maintain hydration status. 

Simply drop one tablet into 500ml of water and allow to dissolve. Each refreshing beverage delivers 500mg of sodium alongside potassium, magnesium and calcium.

How to use?

1. Add 1 tablet (4.5g)

2. To 500ml water

3. Allow to dissolve and enjoy!
