Over 40 years ago, the sandy, gravelly soils of the Netherlands - and the resulting engine failures - proved that foam and paper filters gave riders airflow but failed to protect them.

 

Twin Air's breakthrough, combined dual-layer design combines performance and protection

The fused layers of open-cell foam and fine inner foam trap even the smallest particles.

 

The new, rounder design increases airflow. This also applies to the minimized seams, made possible by a revolutionary micro-bonding process: shorter seams = more foam = more flow.

 

- with flowable, recoil-resistant foam laminated to the inside of the filter

- washable and reusable (40 to 50 times is common)

- two-layer foam (made to specification with cells of equal size and distribution)

- high quality (assembled by hand and checked for perfect fit)
